Dr. Timock and Dr. Mioduski are specialists dentists called orthodontists. Orthodontists train as dentists before pursuing additional education to specialize. Out of 100 dental school graduates, on average, only six go on to become orthodontists.
To practice orthodontics, Dr. Timock and Dr. Mioduski completed 11 years of higher education (four years of college, four years of dental school, and three years of orthodontic residency).
The orthodontic student spends these three years learning the skills needed to expertly manage tooth movement and to guide facial development.
What's more, Dr. Adam Timock and Dr. Mioduski have been honored again and again for their contributions to practical research and clinical applications.

Gone are the days of uncomfortable gooey impressions, clunky bands on every tooth, and overly tight stainless steel wires. Today's orthodontic treatment is much more comfortable than it used to be due to advances in technology.
Intraoral scanning allows us to create digital models of your teeth in less time and with more accuracy than traditional alginate impressions.
Removable aligners and digitally-planned bracket placement permit better access to oral hygiene, less stressful bonding appointments, and shorter treatment times.
With the same technology that NASA uses, NiTi wires exert a continuous force against the teeth to move them in the right direction. This eliminates the need for wire tightening, meaning you spend less time in braces, and the time you do spend is more comfortable.

Dr. Timock and Dr. Mioduski are up-to-date on the latest in orthodontic treatment technology.
We offer aesthetic options like custom 3D-printed ceramic braces and Invisalign removable aligners. We also utilize 3D digital treatment planning software to reduce the length of bonding appointments as well as the total time in treatment. CBCT imaging, mini orthodontic implants, and diode lasers are just several examples of the technology we use every day to enhance the experience and results for our patients.

We have two offices to serve the Fort Collins and Windsor areas better. Great orthodontic care is only a few minutes from your home, work, or school.
In 2010, our Fort Collins location moved into in Northern Colorado’s first Platinum LEED building.
By operating in a LEED-certified building and using digital imaging and charting, we are able to give wonderful care to our patients while having a minimal negative impact on the environment.
